Fun fact – Guinea pigs’ teeth never stop growing and they need a constant supply of hay to gnaw on to prevent their teeth getting too long.
Fun fact – Corn snakes get their name as they are often found in the wild living around the cornfields of North America. They hunt the rodents that feed on the corn.
Fun fact – Millipedes are harmless plant-eaters, while centipedes are meat-eaters (carnivores) and can be poisonous. Amazingly, millipedes have been around for approximately 430 million years and were the first known land animal!
Fun fact – According to the Guinness Book of Records, the oldest living tortoise is a 190-year old Seychelles giant tortoise called Jonathan. He was born in 1832!
